We are Marie and Annemiek, two sisters working with our close-knit team to bring freshly baked treats and coffee to the good people of West Didsbury.

Since 2010 we’ve been whipping up handmade cakes, brownies and cookies in-house each day using quality ingredients from our local suppliers.

Once a sit-in cafe, we’ve now evolved into a takeaway hatch. Find us daily on Burton Road from 9am until 4pm where we’re serving your cake and coffee fix to-go, alongside a selection of local provisions including eggs, artisan sourdough and coffee beans.

Our Menu

In addition to our tried and tested classics of banana bread, pasteis de natas, and red velvet cupcakes, we are constantly looking to keep things fresh and interesting! Our menu changes every two weeks to keep up with seasonal ingredients and to give us the chance to try out new recipes.

We take pride in being able to cater to everybody’s cravings, so we always have a gluten free and vegan option on the counter. If you have any questions regarding dietary requirements, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
